The kit includes four QRT Deluxe retractors with L-Track fittings and a retractable lap and shoulder belt combination with a retractable height adjuster. The QRT Deluxe retractors are self-locking and self-tensioning, with dual tensioning knobs that allow attendants to apply controlled strap tension after connecting the integrated J-hooks to approved rigid wheelchair frame points.

The integrated retractable lap and shoulder belt helps provide comfortable occupant restraint. Triangular fittings connect the lap belt to the studs on the rear wheelchair tie-down retractors, while the retractable height adjuster helps position the shoulder belt appropriately for the passenger.
