WHEELCHAIRSTRAP.COM RETURN POLICY
Initial Inspection
Upon receipt of shipment, Buyer shall inspect their order. If any loss or damage is discovered, Buyer must notify both the Seller and carrier at once. Seller will cooperate with Buyer in filing claims with the carrier. If Buyer believes any goods fail to conform, Buyer shall give Seller written notice specifying the alleged nonconformity within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Product Returns
No goods may be returned without prior authorization from Seller. Seller reserves the right to limit the time during which returns may be authorized. Discontinued products, goods made to a customer's specifications or purchased specially for a customer are not returnable. Shipping charges must be pre-paid by Buyer on all returns. Returned goods will be inspected by Seller and the credit to be allowed for such return, if any, shall be at Seller's absolute discretion. The goods must be unused and in new or resalable condition and in the original packaging. Credit will not be allowed for returned goods that have been damaged or otherwise rendered unfit for resale. Any credit allowed will be further reduced on account of any freight charges paid by Seller and, where appropriate, a fee for repackaging. In no event will returns be authorized after six (6) months from invoice date.
If ordered goods are refused by Buyer or returned to Seller due to Buyer's failure to accept delivery, Buyer shall remain obligated to reimburse Seller for all shipping fees incurred by Seller.
Submit a return request Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Non-returnable items include:
- Some Discounted items listed as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When the Product Return terms are satisfied, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment.
Exchanges
It is very important to us that you receive the correct securement system for your occupant, wheelchair, vehicle and track. If there is an alternate system on WheelchairStrap.com that better fits your situation, we will work with you to ship the original product back and ship the correct product to you as quickly and economically as possible.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: WheelchairStrap.com, 1015 N I35E, Suite 218, Carrollton, Tx, 75006. If you are responsible for shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is the safest way to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**Due to restrictions on package length imposed by UPS & FedEx, lengths longer than 48" are highly likely to incur surcharges in excess of website checkout shipping software. Customers should contact us prior to shipping items longer than 48" to discuss the lowest cost shipping method.
