No. This is a shoulder belt only. A complete occupant restraint system requires both a lap belt and a shoulder belt. This shoulder belt is designed to pair with the Q8-6325 lap belt. For a complete system, order the Q8-6325-A-FP kit which includes both components.

What do the female pin connectors attach to? +

The female pin connectors attach to the vehicle-mounted stud or shoulder belt anchor point. The triangle fitting at the lower end attaches to the stud on the Q'Straint lap belt. This belt is also compatible with the Q8-3030-A shoulder belt adapter for vehicles without a fixed upper anchor.

Is a lap and shoulder belt required for compliant wheelchair transport? +

Yes. A lap and shoulder belt combination is required alongside a 4-point wheelchair tie-down system for ADA and FMVSS compliant wheelchair passenger transport. The 4-point tie-downs secure the wheelchair; the occupant restraint (lap + shoulder belt) secures the passenger. Neither replaces the other.

Is this compatible with my existing Q'Straint system? +
