The Q-84039 builds on the INQLINE SECUREMENT Base Kit by adding Q'STRAINT QRT Deluxe rear tie-down retractors and an occupant lap/shoulder belt. The result is a more complete boarding and securement package — everything you need to board the wheelchair, secure it from the front (via the integrated INQLINE tie-downs), and lock it down at the rear with Q'STRAINT's proven QRT Deluxe automatic retractors. Only the installation kit and floor hardware are sold separately.
