Attach the Cable

The operator clips the INQLINE ASSIST cable to the wheelchair frame — quick and tool-free. The floor-mounted unit provides a stable, low-profile cable path for consistent entry angles.

Guide Up the Ramp

The operator uses the joystick to control the powered winch — smoothly guiding the wheelchair and occupant up the ramp from either the side or rear entry, with full speed and direction control.

Disconnect & Secure

Once positioned, the operator disconnects the INQLINE cable and applies the vehicle's 4-point tie-down system and occupant belt to complete the securement process.

No. INQLINE ASSIST handles boarding only — guiding the wheelchair up the ramp and into position. Your vehicle's existing 4-point tie-down securement system and occupant belt are applied after boarding is complete. Is Q-84035 (Floor Mount) or Q-84027 (Wall Mount) right for my vehicle? +

The Q-84035 Floor Mount attaches to the vehicle floor and works well in larger rear-entry vehicles and some WAVs. The Q-84027 Wall Mount attaches to the side wall, keeping the floor clear — often preferred in minivans and side-entry configurations. Both perform identically; the choice is based on vehicle layout. Contact us or consult your installer to confirm the right choice for your vehicle.

What does "Side or Rear Entry" mean? +

INQLINE ASSIST supports vehicles where the wheelchair enters from the side (side-door ramp) or from the rear (rear-ramp vehicle). This makes it more flexible than INQLINE SECUREMENT, which is limited to rear-entry only. Your installer will configure the system to your specific vehicle entry type.
