The Q’Straint QRT Deluxe Kit is a complete 4-point wheelchair securement system for accessible vans, buses, paratransit vehicles, and non-emergency medical transportation applications. It is designed to secure one occupied wheelchair or mobility scooter using Slide ’N Click floor anchorages.

The kit includes four QRT Deluxe retractors with Slide ’N Click fittings, along with a retractable lap and shoulder belt combination. QRT Deluxe retractors provide a semi-automatic securement solution that allows attendants to attach the J-hooks to approved rigid wheelchair frame points and use the retractor controls to apply tension.

The included retractable shoulder/lap belt features a retractable height adjuster and a 131-degree angle bracket. L-Track fittings at the upper and lower shoulder-belt mounting points allow installation to compatible L-Track, while the angle bracket helps position the shoulder belt appropriately behind and above the passenger’s shoulder.
