No. INQLINE ASSIST is a boarding system only. It assists with guiding the wheelchair and passenger up the ramp and into position in the vehicle. Wheelchair securement (4-point tie-down) and occupant belt must be applied separately using your vehicle's existing securement system. If you need an integrated boarding + front tie-down system, see INQLINE SECUREMENT (Q-84030 series).

What's the difference between wall mount (Q-84027) and floor mount (Q-84035)? +

The INQLINE ASSIST winch unit is functionally identical in both versions — the difference is how it mounts in the vehicle.
